WHAT WE DID.
BRAND & COLLATERAL DESIGN
What if you could change your city with one kind act, one kind word or one kind deed?
Kindness connects us and builds stronger communities. People lead busy lives but they still want to feel like they are making a difference. The Kindness Experiment exists to foster a kinder, more generous and caring society. They’re a nonprofit organization that aims to empower individuals to make a change in their lives, and in the lives of others through simple acts of everyday kindness.
We set out to create an identity that reflected the brand’s connected and inclusive personality, an experience that people would want to share with their friends and family and a brand that embraced the idea that even #thesmallestpart can make the biggest difference.
In a city where there's no shortage of construction crews new businesses need to work hard to stand out in the crowd.
Our goal was to create a bold and memorable brand that illustrates expertise and a passion for design, build and renovation.
We think we hit the nail on the head.
“Across our nation, the soundtrack of Canadian culture plays daily. It creates links to our past, engages us in the moment and awakens inspiration for the future. Created in all corners of our country and influential around the world, music in Canada will now have a place to call home: The National Music Centre.”
How do you build a home for music in Canada? Show Canadians how to play their part. In partnership with Crescendo Fundraising, Bespoke Projects worked closely with the National Music Centre team to develop their
Case For Support – a strategic document that inspires potential donors and supporters to move to action. Construction of this exciting project is underway in Calgary, AB.
The University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business is recognized in our city and around the world as a center of excellence in business education, research and community outreach. Bespoke Projects worked closely with the Marketing & Communications team at Haskayne to develop their 2013 Report to Community – an annual publication created to share the exciting milestones and activities that took place throughout the year. Shared with alumni, donors and the business school’s broad community, Bespoke Projects ensured that this report was visually engaging and completely connected to Haskayne’s strong brand.
For over 40 years, John Hopkinson and Associates have been an industry leader in aircraft brokerage and transactions. As Canada’s oldest and largest aircraft brokerage and asset management company, the Hopkinson name had a reputation of trust and integrity, and Bespoke Projects were eager to create a new brand that reflected their passion and experience.
The new look of Hopkinson Aircraft Sales combines elements that represent the customer experience and the culture of their company. Modern graphic elements nod to the roots of their original brand, ensuring their new visuals are recognizable yet elevated.
Ready for take-off? We thought so.
No one really says Uptown 17.
In 2012, the Uptown 17 BRZ issued a request for proposals for marketing & communications to support the retailers, restaurants and professional services on 17th Avenue. The Uptown 17 brand hadn’t seen a refresh in over 17 years, and Bespoke Projects was tasked with giving the avenue a makeover.
We knew that each business on 17th had its own distinct brand, but together they formed a hub of energy with a common culture. We also understood that the new 17th Avenue brand needed to reflect the personality of the avenue as a trendy urban spot, but one with a deep sense of community pride.
As Agency of Record for the BRZ we set out to create an inclusive brand that spoke to the unique individuals who call 17th Ave home, and we continue to implement a strategy that positions 17th Avenue as Calgary’s Retail & Entertainment District.
Meet Me on 17th.
We're all in this together.
Blue Star Diner and Dairy Lane Cafe wholeheartedly believe that you should know where you food comes from. They have strong connections with local farmers, suppliers and their community. They believe that food, tradition, farmers, small business and belonging is the stuff that matters, and you do too.
Bespoke Projects was happy to help Blue Star & Dairy Lane create assets that reflected their wholesome values. And we were thrilled to be a part of spreading the word about the non-profit organizations they support – such as Flood Relief, Mealshare, and Miles for Moodie.
If you haven’t enjoyed the fare at Blue Star Diner or Dairy Lane Cafe yet, we encourage you to give them a try. You won’t regret it.
